David Park is a psychotherapist and Licensed Clinical Social Worker who focuses on experiential therapy and a non-directive approach with adolescants, children and young adults. David specializes in Child-Centered Play Therapy, Filial Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, focusing mostly on experiential modalities that activate the whole brain and help a child or person to feel truly understood, which is the first step in creating change.

David is also trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Exposure Response Prevention Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Mentalization, all of which he weaves into his treatment and practice. David also focuses heavily on parent work and communication, believing in the efficacy of positive discipline and parent coaching that helps strengthen family relationships and create lasting change.
