David Park is a psychotherapist and licensed graduate social worker who provides tailored counseling and therapy to individuals and families in Virginia and Washington, DC. David works with families and their children, adolescents, and young adults struggling with behavioral challenges, anxiety, depression, and trauma.

David has worked in a variety of educational and community service settings including public, private and charter school environments. He believes in the value and efficacy of positive discipline and supportive therapeutic solutions that integrate different clinical disciplines, most specifically those of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Child-Centered Play Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Mindfulness. Drawing upon his clinical background, David works with clients to think about their behaviors, manage anxiety, foster positive relationships, connect better with their families, and move toward emotional growth and resilience.
