Hannah is a psychotherapist and Licensed Clinical Social Worker who grew up in the Northern Virginia area. She completed her Master of Social work degree with a concentration in clinical social work at Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Virginia.
Hannah has experience providing individual, group, and family therapy with children, teens and young adults addressing mood and emotional dysregulation, self-injurious behavior, ADHD, suicidality, anxiety, and more. Hannah most often uses modalities including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Child-Centered Play Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mentalization and Filial Therapy, and loves using a strengths-based perspective through a lens of Family Systems Theory and Attachment Theory.
