A.C.T. Naturally is an experiential group that focuses on tuning in with our bodies, mindfulness, resilience-building, and interpersonal flexibility. A.C.T. NATURALLY is about practicing these skills and putting them into action, through a combination of experiential body work and team-based exercises.

There are two A.C.T. Naturally Groups - one for 4th-6th graders and one for 7th & 8th graders.
