Kaitlin graduated with a master’s degree in School Counseling from The George Washington University and is currently a Resident in Counseling, working toward licensure in the Commonwealth of Virginia. She serves as the Director of Counseling Services at a middle school and brings over 15 years of experience as a counselor across elementary, middle, and high school settings. Her professional experience includes supporting students navigating anxiety, depression, peer and family relationships, trauma, and adjustment challenges. Kaitlin’s work reflects a strong commitment to developmentally responsive, student-centered counseling and to bridging school-based practice with clinical mental health support.
