Neha Patel is a Licensed Professional Counselor with clinical experience working with children, adolescents, individuals, couples, and families. Neha’s therapeutic focus is to create an environment that cultivates acceptance, comfortability, and growth. She combines elements of Cognitive, Behavioral, Existential, and Strength-Based theories to assist clients on their healing journey. She offers a safe space for children, adolescents, and adults and works to establish a strong therapeutic relationship.

Neha completed her training working with clients across the lifespan, from children to adults, aiding them in fostering healthy behaviors, processing grief and trauma and cultivating growth at an outpatient trauma clinic. She believes in working both collaboratively and holistically.

Using a multicultural and trauma informed lens, she will tailor treatment and interventions based on each clients’ unique needs.
