Shifting Gears is a learning group grounded in two evidence-based approaches, Unstuck & On Target and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Designed to address common childhood challenges — including rigidity, emotional dysregulation, and difficulty with transitions — the group guides children through fun, hands-on activities that build cognitive flexibility, emotional regulation skills, and meaningful peer connections.
