An experiential group that focuses on tuning in with our bodies, somatic experiencing, mindfulness, resilience-building, and interpersonal flexibility.  Many young people have learned skills and techniques for getting in touch with their bodies, connecting with the present moment, and tolerating difficult feelings. This group, ‘A.C.T. Naturally’, is about practicing these things and putting them into action, through a combination of experiential mind/body work and team-based exercises.
